What I fix
Punch lists are the sweet spot. Hand me the list from a home inspection, a move-out, or the fridge door, and I quote it as one job. Typical items:
- Drywall patches, from doorknob dents to water-damage cutouts
- Doors that stick, rub or won't latch, plus hardware and stops
- Trim, baseboard and small carpentry
- Caulk and grout touch-ups in kitchens and baths
- Fixtures, blinds, shelves, towel bars and curtain rods
- Touch-up paint
- Tear-outs of old cabinets, carpet or paneling before the next project
- Pressure washing decks, siding and walkways
- Landscape installs: mulch, bed prep and plantings (installs only, no mowing routes)
Debris from the job leaves with me. You don't need a separate hauler for the old cabinet or the pile of drywall scraps.

I finish the list, haul off the debris and clean up. You pay when it is done: cash, check, card or app.
What I won't take on
Some work needs a dedicated trade, and I would rather say so than take it on badly: full roof replacement, HVAC install or repair, electrical panel work, and tree removal. Hazardous material such as asbestos needs a specialist too. If your list includes one of these, I'll tell you when I quote, and quote the rest.

Questions
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes, $100 for any job. Small jobs are fine above that, and grouping a few repairs into one visit makes better use of the trip, so send the whole list and I'll quote it together.
Can you work from my home inspection report?
Yes. Send the pages with the items you need done and I'll quote those items. If something on the report needs a different trade, I'll say so.
Do you supply the materials?
For most repairs, yes, and the cost is part of the written quote. If you want a specific fixture or paint color, buy it and I'll put it in.
What won't you take on?
Full roof replacement, HVAC install or repair, electrical panel work, tree removal, and anything involving hazardous material like asbestos.
