Drywall is rarely the only thing on the list. It's one of the handyman services, so send the whole list, with doors, trim, caulk and fixtures, and it gets quoted as one job. Between tenants, the patching is part of a rental turnover, and for ongoing upkeep it's part of landlord maintenance.
