Privacy
This site collects the information you send for a quote, visit and button-tap counts, and standard server request logs. Here is how I use that information.
The quote form
The quote form asks for your name, phone, email, job address, type of job and a message. Name and phone are required; the rest is optional. When you send it, the form is delivered by Formspree, a form service, to my email inbox (james.king7522@gmail.com). I use it to answer you and quote your job.
Calls, texts and email
If you call, text or email me, that goes to my phone or inbox like any other message, and I use it the same way: to quote and schedule your job.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles requests in transit (such as your IP address and browser type) under its own privacy policy. The quote form also carries a hidden spam-check field that you never see.
When you tap a Call or Text button or send the quote form, the page tells my own server which page it happened on (for example "text, junk removal page"), so I can see which pages bring in work. Like any web server, mine keeps a standard request log (time, page, browser type and network address). I don't use cookies to track you or build visitor profiles, and I don't sell your information. Cloudflare and Formspree process information as described above.
What I don't do
- No advertising trackers or retargeting.
- I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Links to other sites
Some links, like Google reviews, Google Maps and county government pages, go to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Removing your information
To have your form submission or messages deleted, email james.king7522@gmail.com and tell me what to remove.
