Storm Debris and Brush Cleanup in Frederick, MD

After a storm, or after a weekend of clearing the fence line, the pile is usually bigger than the trash can and the car trunk. I load limbs, brush, leaves and yard debris onto my own truck, haul it away and rake up behind me. Written price first, $100 minimum.

★★★★★

All I can say is “WOW”! They did a demo project at our home. Excellent service: they arrived on time, were very respectful of us and our property, did an outstanding demo job (including clean-up and removal of debris afterward)…

What I clean up

  • Fallen limbs and branches that are already on the ground, cut down to a size I can load
  • Brush piles from clearing overgrown beds, fence lines and wooded edges
  • Leaves and grass clippings, bagged or loose
  • Storm-damaged fencing, play sets and small sheds, torn down and hauled in the same trip (see light demolition)
  • Everything else the storm left in the yard: patio furniture, trampolines and blown-around junk

Loading, hauling and disposal are in the quoted price. I don't take down standing trees, and I stay away from anything touching a power line: that is the utility's job, so call them first.

How it works

  1. Send photos

Text a few photos of the pile and the address to 240-315-7030, or use the quote form.

  2. Get a written price

One price for the whole cleanup, usually the same day. Quotes go out Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

  3. I haul it

I load it, haul it, and rake the area. You pay when the job is done.

What the county yard waste program takes

Before you go: rules, hours and fees change. Check the linked county pages before you load up.

If you would rather haul it yourself, here is what Frederick County publishes:

Many towns also collect yard waste at the curb on their own schedule. See my pages for Frederick, Middletown, Brunswick, Walkersville and Thurmont, and the county landfill guide for everything else that goes to Reichs Ford Road.

Towns I serve

I work in Frederick County only: Frederick, Urbana, New Market, Mount Airy, Brunswick, Jefferson, Adamstown, Middletown, Myersville, Walkersville, Woodsboro, Thurmont, Emmitsburg and every other town in the county. Staying close keeps scheduling simple, and there is no trip charge for a quote anywhere in the county.

Questions

Do you take down standing trees?

No. I clean up limbs and brush that are already on the ground, and I stay away from anything touching a power line. Call the utility about those first.

How is the cleanup priced?

Send a few photos of the pile and you get a free written quote before I load anything. The minimum job is $100, and hauling and disposal are in the price. You pay when the job is done: cash, check, card or app.

Who does the work?

I do. I run the business myself and work in Frederick County only. Quotes go out Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
